Accessibility
Last updated: 12 October 2026
We want people to be able to read our information and contact the workshop in a way that works for them.
Using this website
- Navigation, service panels, review controls and privacy choices can be operated with a keyboard.
- A skip link takes you to the main content, and keyboard focus is highlighted.
- The site adapts to smaller screens and supports browser text zoom.
- The decorative workshop film has a pause control and a still-image alternative. It is not loaded when reduced motion is requested, or when optional media is declined.
- Meaningful images have alternative text. The film carries no essential service information or spoken audio.
Current status
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our accessibility target. This is not a claim of full conformance or an independent accessibility certification. A complete manual audit across assistive technologies has not been completed. Some small labels, text within logo artwork, or text over photography may be harder to read; contact us if you need any information in a different format. External sites linked from this website have their own accessibility arrangements.
Contact us for help
If you encounter a barrier, email contact@pcautos.co.uk or call 07572 991977. Tell us the page, the problem, and your preferred way for us to respond. You can request service information by telephone or email without using the website’s interactive features.
This statement was prepared on 7 October 2026 and will be reviewed as the site changes.
